…as addictive as something illegal that’s very addictive. Believe you me.
I first ran into this new flavor at the LOHAS conference, where we were giving out ecoposh ecoschwag ecobags full of ecogoodies to the ecowho’s ecowho gathered at the conference. Larabar, who’s supported us off and on for years, sent us a couple hundred sample bars that we were happy to include in our schwag bags. I musta ate about 20 of Larabar’s peanut butter cookie variety (they didn’t let me stop interviewing folks. I did 55 interviews in 2.5 days, so there wasn’t alotta time for, y’know, meals)—which is particularly remarkable considering I don’t generally mills even like Peanut Butter.
But there you have it—raw goodness, without all the nutrients burned up, can be yummy, too.
