As part of my 40 Day Yoga Challenge, I’m doing at least a few minutes of yoga every day. In so doing, I’m discovering that I don’t have to “go to class” to do yoga, maintain an open mind and get rid of that neck and shoulder pain that laptopsana induces…I can just touch in for a few moments, at the least, and feel oodles better.
Tonight, appropriately, I did Bedtime Yoga (having had a few glasses of vino and beer downtown, I wasn’t up for too much) with Tara Stiles.
