Start your engines, Mark your calendars:

Walk the Talk Show with Waylon Lewis to be the featured event at “Yoga Rocks the Park!” in Denver, Colorado

August 15.

This summer, as part of the yogic festivities happening in City Park, Waylon will interview Chanda Hinton of the Chanda Plan Foundation and another surprise guest (we’re hoping for the good, green Mayor Hickenlooper).

Waylon has interviewed Deepak Chopra, Michael Pollan, Seane Corn, Richard Freeman, Amy Goodman, Alice Walker, Robert Thurman and Dr. Andrew Weil. Walk the Talk Show aims to make the “mindful life” accessible and fun while keepin’ it real. Waylon asks tough questions where appropriate, but the show is ultimately about smart discussion and spreading the good word regarding great causes.

YOGA ROCKS THE PARK! ANNOUNCES SECOND SEASON AT DENVER’S CITY PARK WITH YOGAAND LIVE MUSIC SUNDAYS SUMMER 2010

Denver area yogis are kicking off their shoes for a weekly yoga and live music gathering
dubbed “YOGA ROCKS THE PARK!” every Sunday at 4 p.m. from May 30-Sep. 19 at
Denver’s City Park. Now in its second season, this year’s event features Colorado’s most inspiring yoga
instructors from Denver’s top studios, a new and improved children’s program presented by “Storytime
Yoga
,” and even more great live music by Denver’s most beloved live musicians.

“Our inaugural 2009 season exceeded everyone’s expectations,” says Open Sky Events director Erik
Vienneau. “Yoga Rocks the Park! has quickly become Denver yogis’ favorite place to gather, socialize,
practice and even dance and sing each Sunday afternoon. Plus, the kids had a complete blast in the
children’s program.”

The incredible 2010 lineup includes instruction from almost every major lineage of yoga delivered by instructors from Denver’s top yoga studios including Samadhi, Vital, Om Time, Harmony and many more. 2010 instructors include Om Time owner Shannon Page Schneider, Harmony Yoga owner Michelle Corriell,
Dave Farmar, Mike Matsumara and many more.

Each week includes an hour long yoga workshop accompanied by live music from talented area musicians
including Chris Webb, Dakini Ma, Damon the Zen Drummer, Peak Rythms and many more. “Yoga
Rocks the Park!” is a perfect event for yogis of all levels, from beginner to instructor. Slacklining,
hula hooping and drum circles also grace the festival-esque lineup.

Yoga Rocks the Park! guarantees kids will have just as much fun as their parents do practicing the ancient
art of yoga with its new and improved 2010 children’s program. Geared for kids 3-10 years old, the fun
and interactive program is lead by nationally recognized children’s programs including “Storytime Yoga” and
“Yoga Kids.”

Yoga Rocks the Park! donates all profits to Colorado-based, non-profit Yoga World Reach, which offers
