While weather experts are busy debating whether or not last night’s intense storm in New York City was a tornado, one walk around my Park Slope neighborhood, as well as a few talks with neighbors, pretty much verified that question. With wind gusts up to 80 mph, longtime residents told me they’d “never seen anything like it.” Neither have I, not in this city.
