Reflections 2010 is an interview series with leaders in the yoga and mindful living community. Hosted by Donna Freeman, the goal of these interviews is to encourage, inspire and get to know a little of the person behind the yoga mat. From holiday indulgences to favourite traditions and everything yoga in between, Reflections 2010 promises to add a wonderful element of caring and sharing to the holidays.
Ally Hamilton
Ally Hamilton has a vision to build a unique community where joy, sharing and empowerment abound. To this end she and husband Dorian founded YogisAnonymous, a studio & website where serious yoga is taught in a fun and playful manner. YogisAnonymous turned yoga instruction on its head with FREE live streaming video of classes with master teachers. Get the inside scoop on all the fun from Ally herself as she shares the highs and lows of the past year. She’ll also dish on what those of us who are addicted to Flight Club, Soul Flow and Ally’s own Hurts So Good can expect in 2011.
