YouTube yoga sensation, Esther Ekhart, joins us from West Cork, Ireland the location of her Ekhart Yoga studio. Originally from Holland, Esther moved to Ireland where her husband built a now infamous Cob style yoga studio surrounded by stunning hills & valleys. She reaches the world via twice weekly YouTube videos which receive hundreds of thousands of views. With careful and precise instructions, Esther encourages and guides beginners and advanced yogis alike to achieve strength, flexibility and joy on and off the mat. She joins us to share her insights into yoga, holiday traditions and her plans for 2011 .
