“I was filming some kayakers surfing at the Glenwood Whitewater Park when I saw this flock of geese floating toward the wave. Their technique is actually pretty good, I just hope all of the little ones made it through okay. I feel bad about laughing because this could have been the end for some of them, but seeing them catch the wave in unison was unexpected. Beginning surfers could learn a lot from their technique. This was taken 6/7/11 at a 27-year high flow of 25,500 cfs.”
