I hold these truths to be self evident:
I am not dependent on the opinions of others to determine my worth in the world.
I am competent and capable enough to provide myself with sustenance and a prosperous livelihood. I will not do work I hate. Life is too precious.
By taking care of myself I liberate my relationships, allow them to thrive and become something greater than themselves.
By liberating relationships that aren’t serving this greater good, I am taking care of myself.
By ignoring the “shoulds” and entertaining a limitless vision of possibility, I gain internal freedom. And model it for others.
My commitment to the alignment of action and intention kicks wide open the doors of opportunity, eradicates shame and amplifies dignity.
That it is only by recognizing the depth and breadth of my connection to all living beings that I am truly free.
And that all humans everywhere regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, mood, intelligence, financial standing, past, future, ability, class, grace, skills or lack thereof are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the reclamation of their natural state of Happiness.
