We hope you can join us this year for the Growing Gardens ¡Cultiva! farm dinner. For the omnivores ¡Cultiva! is rolling up the smoker and creating an Avery Brewing Company Ellies Brown infused bird (see below). For the vegetarians we have invited the all-star chefs to tour the ¡Cultiva! fields and select their seasonal favorites for their garden inspired dishes. The dinner includes local beers, organic wines and cocktails.
Attire is garden casual. We encourage you to walk, bike or grab a ride with friends. The dinner starts at 4.30pm with garden tours of the community garden, Children’s Peace Garden, the greenhouses and the ¡Cultiva! Fields.
Meet our star growers, the 11-18 year old youth who tend to three acres for the farmers market season. The ¡Cultiva! youth program supports local beekeeping, biodynamic farming, a low income CSA and gleaning that results in over 10,000 pounds of food donations to Boulder County organizations.
