Occupy Wisconsin, Wisconsin, Wisconsin, Wisconsin, Wisconsin, Wisconsin…
I think of Edward R. Murrow vs. McCarthy…a culture of fear…and I am sad, and yet I am proud of these Democrats and the citizens in the gallery, respectfully expressing their rights.
Do we need 10 officers at taxpayer expense to deal with citizens respectfully and quietly expressing their first amendment rights? In your head? What kind of world do you think you live in?
“My press credentials for the Capitol were just revoked this afternoon.”
“During Walker’s “special” jobs session in the Assembly people continue to be arrested for arbitrary Assembly gallery rules. Last time it was for filming in the gallery, this time it’s for silently holding small signs.”
“Here is what the activists are defending (hat tip to stcroix cheesehead)”
