The Pines were roaring…

I don’t normally go to movies—not my idea of a fun way to spend a night…but…this one, I’m in. I first read the books when I was eight…a sweet, proud, sensitive, precocious little boy…and the legends fill me up with a sense of nobility and purpose and wonderment.
