This is Sad. Not Fun, not for our Entertainment.
This isn’t the kind of story we here at elephant enjoy or care about except to the extent that is shows the strain and pain of fame.
This is, perhaps, where meditation can help with stress and confusion and the pressuare of sudden fame. It’s not Buddhist, or anything. It’s just a simple tool, akin to prayer, that helps us connect more directly to goodness and now and being grounded in our genuineness.
So, with a sigh, let’s hold some compassion and sadness for Mr. Russell, that he may recover quickly. He obviously has immense potential to be of benefit, so I hope he can get back to that quickly.
So suffice it to say that he was acting out, high on something, naked, and feeling pretty effing good by the looks of it.
