I don’t typically write about orgasms.
Let me rephrase that. I’ve never written about orgasms. At least not publicly. I don’t think I’ve even said the word out loud to anyone but my husband, if at all.
But now I’m curious about OM—Orgasmic Meditation. I’ve read about it right here on elephant and it sounded a bit, well, unusual. Is it something people practice in a group like a yoga class? Or is it a one-on-one experience? Obviously, I need to do more research on the subject.
I bring all this up because I just stumbled across this TEDx video yesterday while viewing a video about gratitude (it showed up in thumbnail size as another video I might be interested—and with a title like Orgasm: The Cure for Hunger in the Western Woman how could I resist? I bet you would have done the same thing).
Watch and listen as Nicole Daedone—the author of Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm—describes OM. You’ll probably chuckle and want to try this at your earliest convenience.
