Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless—like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.
~ Bruce Lee
The human body is more than 60 percent water. Blood is 92 percent water, the brain and muscles are 75 percent water, and bones are about 22 percent water.
On top of that, the average American uses 176 gallons of water per day (compared to five gallons of water the average African family uses each day, by the way).
So why is it so difficult sometimes to just be water? (Or is it just me that has this problem?)
This video should help you to be. (I think I’ll play this every morning before I catapult myself into the day.)
