It’s been a long December, with very little time spent on my mat.
Between work and family busyness and being sick for the past two weeks, my asana practice has been nearly non-existent this month. So, when Rachel Brathen mentioned she was heading up a yoga challenge for the month of January, it sounded like just what I needed.
So here’s the deal:
Yoga. Every. Damn. Day.
Period.
Now, some days might be a shorter home practice, some days might be a two-hour class, but the point is making it a daily habit. I did a 40-day yoga challenge last year, and absolutely loved it.
If you are in, you can sign up on Challenge Loop (1502 participants so far!)and follow and tweet updates with the twitter tag #yogaeverydamnday.
If you just want to “watch,” check back for my updates and follow along on Twitter @kate_bartolotta and Pinterest.
(Psst. If you are on the fence, just go for it! Even if all you do is 10 Sun Salutations in the morning, a daily yoga practice is something you definitely won’t regret.)
