Pema Chodron’s Advice for Embracing Change, Today & Every Day. ~ Jennifer Spesia

Avoiding uncertainty and discomfort is what we, as humans, do.

Change can certainly be scary and difficult for many of us. When something changes it challenges our ideas and feelings of safety and security.

How we relate to the present moment has a tremendous influence on how we live with change and how we live our lives.

As 2012 comes to a close, take a moment to acknowledge, and even embrace, all the changes, joys and hardships you experienced this past year and breathe in all the potential and possibilities 2013 brings to you now.

Embrace change in all its forms, because every experience has something to teach you about yourself, about love, about life and about being the best, most authentic, version of you!

Below, Pema Chodron offers up her kind of gentle wisdom regarding “Living Beautifully With Uncertainty and Change.”

Cheers and best wishes for an amazing 2013 full of happiness, peace, healing and love!
