I know it sounds cliche, but I feel like my life didn’t begin until I discovered yoga.
It’s what brought me to Nicaragua for the first time three years ago, and it’s crazy to think that this country has become my new home.
I’m inspired by the pristine, raw beauty in the ever present natural world that surrounds me daily whether it be at my home in the laguna or on a secluded beach in this video.
Nicaragua gives me the option to unplug from the outside world and to grow closer to my highest self.

She is a reiki practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher and facilitates wellness & nature retreats at their villa Apoyo Lodge Nicaragua.
