elephant is proud to media sponsor partner with AFJ, a startup-serving Boulder-based web and graphic design firm, who is working to raise funds to support those affected by the Boulder Flood. ~ eds.
By now, the entire country has heard about the devastating flood in Elephant Journal’s home of Boulder Colorado.
The wreckage has been devastating, especially in our neighboring mountain towns including Jamestown and Lyons.
As we dry out, what has resonated with me is the beautiful outpouring of community in the desire to help our neighbors.
Coloradans have been getting together in cafes, on neighborhood corners, and in online spaces like Facebook and Twitter to brainstorm how we can help those who have lost so much to the flood. I recently got together with my friends at AFJ, a startup-serving Boulder-based web and graphic design firm, who developed a tee shirt logo to raise funds to support those affected by the Boulder Flood.
I hope to extend the fundraising beyond the Colorado state boundary to fantastic online community of Elephant Journal.
Helping others always looks good, so be sure to check out CO Flood Relief on Facebook to get involved with the community or order directly from the AFJ website—100% of proceeds go directly to charity.
