We have zero choice
over the body we get to live this life in
and we have zero choice
over where geographically
we first inhabit this body.

We also have zero choice
over the skin and
eye color
we see and feel this life through.

So where did we get the idea
that a type of skin and eye color combination
is more worthy than any other?

Don’t you see,
that is not our choice to make.

That is an illusion somebody else created,
and it is up to us to make the choice
to unlearn it.
