We are born, live one lifetime, die, and are judged for all eternity by the Creator based on how well we followed his rules. That is the religious tradition I was raised in. The older I got, the more I questioned those beliefs. I asked questions and the answers I got were less than satisfying. I felt frustrated.
What if there is a different truth? What if we are created in a dimension that is different that Earth’s dimension. We have as many incarnations as we choose on Earth and in other dimensions. We never die, and we are not judged by the Creator. We are not broken, and we do not need to be fixed, or saved. Each life experience is added to our total self, our whole self.
Which scenario seems more likely to you? Which would you rather believe? We create our individual reality based upon our beliefs.
Allow me to introduce concepts that may be familiar or you may be considering them for the first time. I’m going to to ask you to consider looking at your beliefs a little differently. Please critically evaluate these concepts and see if they make sense to you. Embrace the ones that do and disregard the ones that don’t. I don’t claim any of these concepts as being the absolute truth. I do want to get you thinking. Discernment is a very valuable skill to practice.
Thoughts about Reincarnation
Have you ever thought about what your life was like before you were born here in the relative environment on Earth? Perhaps you just assumed that you didn’t exist before this lifetime. Isn’t it just as likely that you did exist in some manner before this lifetime?
As infants, our brains are still developing. Most of us don’t have memories from our infancy. We all have early memories as we grow as children. It is quite understandable that we would believe that there was nothing before those early memories. But, there was. Most of us don’t have the ability to recall those very early life experiences. Maybe there are memories from other life experiences that we are not equipped to recall?
I’m opening the door to the entire concept of reincarnation here. And let me be honest with you, I resisted the notion of reincarnation for many years. That understandably changed for me when I started working with the “Team”. Our “Team” is a group of entities who communicate through a trance channel. We have been working with them for over fifteen years.
I think we can all agree that we are currently incarnated in our present bodies. So, for me, the entire discussion about reincarnation revolves around the consideration of whether we do it more than once. Incarnate that is. Which do you think is more probable? Once or more than once?
There has always been a lot of discussion about what happens after death. Most major religions teach that there is a part of us that continues on when we pass over. I mean if there wasn’t a reward after living a life according to the rules and regulations of modern religion, what hold would they have over people? But how often do you hear about life before birth? I don’t come across much discussion of it and I find this very curious.
Here is a question that I love to ask my clients when I first meet with them, “Who were you before this lifetime?” You would be surprised how many people have never thought about it. If you believe that some part of you continues on after death, then where and when was that part created? Was it created the day you were born on Earth or was it created before that?
The simple answer would be it was created as you were born. But there is no way to prove that. So, it is just as likely that it was created before you were born. And then that begs the question, “Where was your soul (that part of you that lives on after death) born?”
Now you might be tempted to answer in heaven and that would again be the easy answer. Pinpointing heaven is not as easy as it used to be. I mean it is clearly not above the clouds. So, where is heaven exactly? Perhaps we can agree on a more scientific answer and consider heaven to be in a different dimension. If that is the case, then we probably should stop referring to it as heaven. Just call it what you think it might be, a different dimension.
You might be asking yourself where am I going with all this? Not that far actually. If you consider your existence before this current lifetime, then it isn’t a big step to see yourself as being from that other place or dimension. That means that your physical form here is not who you really are. If you were created in another dimension and you return to that dimension when your time here is done, then doesn’t that make you a resident of that other dimension? I think it does. Perhaps we can consider ourselves to be just visitors to this dimension.
What might our home dimension look like? That is an entirely different discussion that I’m not sure we will ever truly comprehend while we are visiting here in this dimension. Let’s just imagine that it is very different from this dimension and that is why I keep reminding people that, “You Are More”.
The Amazing Human Body
Any trip is more enjoyable when you pack appropriately for it. If we exist as pure energy or light in our true home in some other dimension, when we come to Earth for a visit, we need to wear something appropriate. What would be suitable for a trip to a planet composed of dense matter? I guess something that is also composed of dense matter.
If you saw the movie Avatar a few years ago, the scientists created an avatar that they could project their consciousness into. It allowed them to roam the planet freely without any additional equipment. The otherwise toxic atmosphere was native to the avatar’s planet. It also allowed them to blend into the native population. The first time I saw that movie, it became clear to me that the process of projecting into the body of the avatar was very similar to our own human birth.
When we are born, our human body is uniquely designed to support our journey here in this world. The blending of our consciousness with our physical bodies is so seamless that we can completely forget where we came from. We can readily believe in the illusion of separation. And while this separation at birth may have some side effects, it allows us freedom of thought, freedom of choice, and freedom of independent action.
The human body has an amazing design and most of us are unaware of many of its capabilities. It allows us to experience growth from two cells within a host body, our mothers, to more than 37 trillion cells as a fully grown adult. It is preprogrammed to grow and mature and it takes us along with it. I’ll go deeper into the wonders of the human body in subsequent posts.
If you are willing to buy into the proposition that we live more than one lifetime, then it makes sense that we have some say in the purpose of each lifetime. We set individual intentions and goals for each and every incarnation. We then select all the appropriate variables that are most likely to ensure our success in achieving those intentions and goals. We decide on time period, yes incarnations don’t need to be in a sequential time sequence, gender, geography, family culture, etc. When the planning is complete, we set out on our next great adventure.
I mentioned previously that when we are born, we forget where we come from and this helps us to believe in the illusion of separation. And there is great purpose in experiencing this separation. There is also great purpose in moving beyond this illusion of separation and remembering that we have always been connected to our real self in that other dimension. When we remember that connection, we gain the understanding that we are simultaneously experiencing life in both dimensions. This is a New Awareness that humankind is opening to now. There is much more on this topic of New Awareness to come.
Life after Death
We don’t die. There is no death. There is separation from the body. This can lead to the appearance of death, but we do not die. We revert back to our normal state of existence in that other dimension. Interestingly enough, the body actually helps our consciousness return back home. We bring back with us our earthly experiences and we integrate those experiences into the total of all our experiences. There is an integration that takes place. I’ll have more to say about how the body helps to guide our consciousness back home when we have a more expanded discussion of the body.
We are not judged. There is no judgment after we leave this physical plane. God, or All That Is, or Source or whatever name you give to the Creator, doesn’t judge us. There is also no heaven and there is no hell. I know that these statements may seem outrageous and unfounded to some. Personally, this entire notion of one lifetime followed by judgment and then either eternal reward or eternal punishment never made any sense to me. Why would any Creator want to see its creations suffer for eternity? Isn’t it time to see these outdated and archaic concepts for what they really are, the chains that bind us and prevent us, and I mean all of humankind, from making progress?
I believe everything that you just read. I believe all of it because this is what the “Team” has shared with us. This message is not just being shared with Julie and myself. It is being shared with people all over the world. These concepts are part of that New Awareness that I mentioned earlier and that I will continue to expand on in the coming posts
.Create Your Own Reality
Think of your current beliefs as being the foundation of your reality. Much like the foundation of a house supports everything above it, your foundation of beliefs supports how you view your reality. And just as the foundation of a house needs to be maintained or else the entire structure is placed in jeopardy, your personal foundation of beliefs needs to be constantly maintained. The beliefs that are old and worn out need to be replaced and you have the opportunity to replace them with updated beliefs that are based upon your life experience. Updated beliefs allow for personal growth.
I hope you will contemplate the concepts that I have presented here and as well as others in subsequent posts and evaluate them based upon your personal experience. Using your discernment, embrace what makes sense to you and fortify and expand your personal foundation so that it will support you as you continue to learn and grow.
