When we think about business, we often think about it as merely a material concept. It’s something that started out as a creation of our minds, integrated with 3D fundamentals of turning that concept into reality – fundamentals like capital, investment, assets, profit and loss.

Business is a material concept for many people. For the spiritually-awakened, however, they know that running a business – particularly, a business that feels aligned with your soul purpose – is more than just a set of principles that you can learn in business school.

And this is something I want to share about in this article. Over the last decade, I have had my fair share of both success and nosedives when it comes to business.

I couldn’t figure out why I have these moments of massive achievements and accolades, only to be dragged down by some crisis or event that left me starting from zero.

It was not until I embarked on a spiritual journey that I’ve learned the following principles surrounding the energetics of a business – which are foundations of successful, sustainable, long-term business strategy.

Principle # 1: Your Business Entity Has Its Own Consciousness

It might sound a little “woo-woo” to a lot of people, but just as you are a multi-dimensional being, your business entity can also be multi-dimensional. It has its own brand of consciousness that you may not see but you can most definitely feel.

Think about it: Why do some brands successfully embody a certain “feel” to them? Like, the moment you see a certain brand logo or a shop, you almost always know what they are all about. This brand is cool, this brand is hip. This brand is for young professionals, this brand is for teens.

It’s not just because of the marketing strategies that businesses use that sends certain signals to its customers.

Every business entity has its own consciousness, because every business entity was born from people’s consciousness.

You, as a business-owner, created your business from the limitless borders of your own mind. In a way, your business is an extension of yourself.

So, once you become aware that your business has its own consciousness, what do you do? Well, you can start working with it.

When you connect to your business, you can create your dream business literally as if you’re doing it with a business partner. You can co-create your business with your business, and what I mean by that is that once you have acknowledged that your business is a separate energetic entity and that it has its own consciousness, it actually gets easier because it’s not all just you anymore.

Principle # 2: You Can Work On Your Business Energetic Field

When I say it has a “consciousness” it means it has its own Energetic Field, which you can actually work on so you can get the outcome you want.

Just as you, as a person, can do “inner work” or “energetic work” to change the way you move and operate in this universe, you can also work on your business’s Energetic Field and optimise it for a smooth flow of abundance.

To work on your Business Energetic Field, you can start by saying daily affirmations and even “talking” to your business. You can say what you want to see grow out of it. And you can listen!

If you already have a regular meditation practice, it would also help if you get in touch with your business’ consciousness while in the process so that you can establish a firm connection together.

The beauty of energetic work is that it is very fast and works just like magic.

With energetic work, coupled with the right business techniques and strategies, I believe that your business will develop a frequency that matches with the frequency of the clients or customers that you would like to have.

You also have to keep in mind that there should be both a connection and a separation between your personal energetic field and your business’ energetic field.

Often, I come across clients who have had this problem – they become so entangled energetically in their business that one cannot stand alone without the other.

And what I mean by that is that a lot of times, when these business owners take a step back for a while and take time for themselves, something goes awry in their business.

Maybe their revenues dry up all of a sudden, or customers want refunds all of a sudden, or a business equipment breaks that requires a huge chunk of their earnings to get it fixed.

If you’re a business owner who has ever experienced this, it’s time to do some energetic clearing because it’s mostly a tell-tale sign that your energetic field is tangled up with your business entity’s field.

Principle # 3: You Need To Work Through Energetic Blocks

The most basic energetic block in a lot of businesses is revenue. Whenever a sudden or huge stoppage in revenue happens, that’s never without meaning.

Blocks in business are sometimes related to our personal energetic blocks, and we need to learn how to work to reprogram our personal and business energetic field for abundance and smooth flow.

For example, when me and my husband, Aeron Lazar, first started organising spiritual development workshops, 35 people signed up. This felt like such a great success to us because it was the very first workshop we ever held!

However, later on, a curious pattern has formed. We noticed that every time we launched a new program, no matter what the price was or what type of program it was, we always had 35 people join. No more, no less.

We realised that it was the design of the energetic grid of our business. Because we were so happy and satisfied with only 35 clients in our first workshop, the energetic field learned from it and was like, “Hey! You’re happy with 35 people, I’m going to give you 35 all the time!”

And so, the way we worked through this particular energetic grid work was that we had to work on our business energetic field and expand it consciously.

It felt like repotting a plant where the business has outgrown the infrastructure that we initially designed. And so, we had to think of ways we can expand our business, giving it a bigger “pot,” so to speak, so it can have more space to grow.

Every energetic block has a different significance or reason. In order to work through it, you have to dig deep and figure out where that blockage is coming from – there will usually be some energetically significant event attached to it.

Principle # 4: You Can Create Your Business With Your Higher Self

Our Higher Self is always ready to connect and co-create with us. Our Soul is literally one call away.

This is something you can take advantage of when it comes to your business. Often, our Higher Self speaks to us through our intuition and what feels good to us. The things that come from our heart – that’s how our Higher Self communicates with us.

Sometimes it’s hard for people to find success in business because they are actually doing something that doesn’t align with their Higher Self and what their heart tells them. They just sell what sells or what seems to have the highest return on investment.

It’s like doing certain exercises that you positively hate doing – your progress will be an uphill climb and you might be even inclined to stop it all together as your motivation drops.

When choosing an industry or a niche, you have to be able to ask yourself – is this really what I want to do or what I want to provide to people? Or is it because I saw a friend do it and it made him or her successful?

Being able to listen to your own heart and trusting your intuition is a super helpful tool to creating a soul-aligned business.

In my business, for example, I never charge clients based on what other energetic practitioners are charging. I simply channel my prices from the Quantum Field.

I remember once I’ve had a situation when I was guided to give someone a really low price for a guest appearance which almost seems like I’m undervaluing myself, but it was the first number that just popped up in my head when I asked my Higher Self. And eventually, that particular event opened the door to multiple other opportunities – and I made the initial sum many times fold.

Once you’ve learned to trust your intuition and listen to your soul, you will be able to make decisions led by your Higher Self.

Principle # 5: Disconnect From Other People’s Blueprint

The last thing I want to emphasise is that you have to disconnect from the ideals of the people around you. Do not be led by the opinions of your parents, friends, and colleagues on the right or wrong way to make profits.

Instead, you have to respectfully acknowledge their offer of advice, and say something like, “I understand that you don’t believe in my business, or this is not how you were taught to make money, but I believe in my business as a sovereign energetic being. Now, I’m choosing to go my own way.”

By owning up to yourself, and saying “I’m in charge of myself and my business,” you are putting a message out to the universe that you are truly the driver of your business vehicle.

The universe will then hear what you’re saying, and let you pave your own way.

I hope that you will be able to apply these principles to your business, and have faith in yourself. Don’t stop learning, and don’t be scared of failure, because it’s all part of the learning and both business and personal ascension journey!
