We are all feeling the rise of the feminine. It’s evident from the mainstream news to our families, and the workplace, and every little corner and crevice in between. The synthesis here is undeniable. It is time for women to rise, and to lead. This is an inevitable evolutionary change, and we are most definitely here to be a part of it, if we consciously choose.
This is a different kind of leadership though — because it is not masculine force, it is feminine strength. The feminine is like water, yielding in nature, and yet when it moves in unison, it is an unstoppable force. This time, we need to rise in unison across the globe. Here in the US, we don’t need to hit the streets, and scream and shout, we don’t need to change the political spectrum, we simply cannot use masculine outward force to make this change, it is one wave after another after another after another that ultimately changes the shoreline. We, the collective, make this colossal shift once and for all, by going within, and connecting to our inner self, and letting that shift be the basis for everything else. That inward turn is the great feminine principle. We become the vessel for the water itself.
As we do this inner work, gathering with our tribe and sisterhood is essential to building supportive networks amongst ourselves. We know that we cannot do it all, that we need support of our people, our healers, our coaches, our guides, our astrologers, our soul tribe, friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and beyond. We must cultivate thriving supportive networks, that are composed of others who are on this same journey to reach higher ground. In this way, we build into our system of growth a net of support when we falter, when we doubt, when we tire, when we need a meal, when we need a warm bath and a babysitter, when we need a healing, our people and our sisters especially can be there for us.
It is not all placid and calm either, the feminine most certainly comes with some destructive energy. We’ve all witnessed those storms, where the rain doesn’t seem to cease, and the thunder and lightning just won’t pass, where the waves are much too big to do anything but witness from a distance, when the dawn doesn’t seem to ever come. Sometimes those storms are within us, and sometimes they are without. Destruction comes with a greater plan, the voids that we travel through always have their design. Darkness pulls from the infinite realm of possibilities, as hard as it is, allows us to begin to weave our lives back together in a new fashion, with more alignment, more love, and more beauty.
As the outer world gets noisier and more and more chaotic, it is our inner world and our inner circles which will guide us home. These touchpoints, places of calm and clarity are moments in time, where we feel held completely. This is where we are able to cultivate our strength and connection to our heart center, our power center and womb, which is the home of creativity and intuition. The places in our bodies that we so deeply need connection and resonance with right now.
The New Earth must be created, and its not going to happen with a hammer and nails. This time the creation is all about bringing wisdom from the Earth into form, instead of resources from the Earth that are already depleted. Each facet of the New Earth must be birthed, every idea, every business, every institution, everything must come first from within. This is not negating the role that the masculine has, because the masculine has a massive supporting role to help build. I firmly believe this is co-creation at its finest. Birthing creation into form however, is the work of the feminine, and it always has been. It is not the work of the world elite, or investors, it is not the work of the algorithm, it is the work of women. So this is in fact, a call to action.
Gather, women.
Gather and support each other in our work.
Gathering and forgive what has been unjust.
Gather and cry about what is hard.
Gather and talk about healing, be vulnerable, be courageous,
Gather and speak your truths into being.
Do not be afraid of being wrong, or of failure, hold one another in our mistakes, do not be sure that you are right, do not put others down for their perspective, because now is time for healing and togetherness. Now is the time for us to rise, with our feminine strength… arm in arm, to create a relentless wave of change. The more of us who show up for this work, the easier and more fun it will be. We must rise with the intention to consciously participate in this great changing of the tides.
