Our bodies are nothing but homes for our souls. It’s simply impossible to feel grounded and experience self-love when we keep battling our homes. Once we allow ourselves to embrace our precious homes, we’ll be able to experience inner peace and find self-love.
Fatigue and stomach problems from my taking care of me
I will start loving my body. Seek to improve in every way exercise, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness social connections. Each one has an impact on your physical and mental health. By making simple and healthy choices on a daily basis, you will be well on your way towards reducing stress, having positive social interactions and achieving optimal wellness.

Their is so much going on in this world social media can be a postive thing at times but being on social media lately started feeling more like a competition of who could show they have the best life. I realized that I was done feeling this way and that it was time to figure out where I got my self-worth from so i am staying off just Facebook when i feel i need to take a step back… So, log-off and love on if u feel you need to…
And be kind.
so while i start pouring love and care into myself again let the healing begin. My journey is starting today to finding myself again and being the best version of myself and mommy i can be.
Your wellness is not only related to your physical health, but is a combination of things including spiritual wellness, social wellness, mental wellness and emotional wellness. Wellness is seen as a combination of mind.
