There will be days when anger has filled your lungs, and you’re unable to breathe away the burning fire in your chest.

There will be days when you cannot trust your own judgment, as your heart has over powered logic and reality.

There will be days when you have become a stranger in your own home, your own life, your own body and your own soul.

And when this day comes, please, remember this—

Your screaming thoughts have just temporarily swelled your vision.
Your emotional pain may have manifested physically.

You are magnificent and worthy of unconditional love. You are filled with beauty, poise and greatness.
