That doesn’t mean he gave up.

Yeah, I know, his Lent was longer than forty days. An indeterminate amount of time spent as a strong silent vegan (locusts, anyone?).

He returned to society with more to give, and as a matter of fact, it was society that returned to him.

He shared something with them. It turns out that he was incarnated with a super alive consciousness that could sense the significance of others and of this life.

Be glad that no one wants your head on a platter. Share your honey. Recognize the incarnate life in those who come across the divide to ask something of you.
Now, that’s not status quo!
