TRUST IN HIM

God is an awesome God. He is all knowing of our every need. By working to become a better person, I have learned to love myself more. I will love as hard as I can. I am determined to be happy and positive no matter the circumstances. Essential Oils have allowed me the ability to release negative emotions, and by using intentional thoughts, emotional exercises, extra prayers, and lot of personal development I have been able to express my emotions more and more. AFT has allowed me to identify negative, unhealthy emotions and thoughts hindering my personal growth. This journey has allowed me the ability to forgive myself. In doing so I am able to forgive others, and show grace.

HE WILL SHOW UP

Well, I am here to tell you God will show up when you need him most. He will send you a stranger who becomes a best friend, He will send a red cardinal to knock on the same window of your house everyday. The best part? He will change your heart ways that you never believed were possible. Whether it be with oils to release emotions, music, or the voice of a friend. Listen to your heart and take a chance, because it very well could be God doing the speaking.

NEVER QUESTION GOD

More times than I can count, I have questioned why things happened the way they did in many areas of my life. I remember a few times even blaming God or questioning His purpose, or thinking how it would help me or make me a better person. My heart literally felt like it had shattered into a million pieces at times, and I just could not understand why it had to feel this way. I would be so angry and would always end up feeling so guilty for not having faith. I always asked God for forgiveness for being so selfish and not trusting him. God is my Savior, and I am His child. Ask forgiveness and He will forgive.

SCAPE GOAT

To say I struggle with trust is an understatement. I find myself questioning people’s every motive on a daily basis and would do anything to be able to trust wholeheartedly. I know I have been distant over the last couple of years, even with my closest friends, and it has been very easy to blame it on school. At the same time, school has been very demanding and has required a lot of self-motivation and will-power. However, I feel as though it is my safety net to keep me from having to admit my fear or worry of being betrayed by those who “love” me.

OLD HABITS DIE HARD

We fall into habits in order to deal with difficult situations, as these habits a way of life. It scares me to subject myself to the possibility of being hurt by someone I trust. I am sure most of us have been there at some time or another, it still stinks. It is not a good feeling, no matter how big or small the hurt is.  Additionally, I was stubborn and meant I would never allow myself to feel the way I have in past situations in my life, which only isolated me even more. My reason for focusing on personal development is to be care-free and love without fear. My ultimate goal is to get close to people without holding back and live each day as if it were my last.

HAVING FAITH

I will trust people and not question their every intention. I will have faith. God has challenged me in many ways lately. One specific challenge, has empowered me to have faith and trust. I have been able to see that not all people are the same. Your closest friends may hurt you, family and loved ones will pass away and leave you, and you will never know what tomorrow has in store. He also has shown me that it is better to live and get hurt, than not live at all. He has given me an amazing friendship, an amazing testimony, and an amazing sense of trust. Happy Sunday friends!
