Salty tears
Where did you come from?
Why are you visiting from dusk to dawn?
Emptiness
Why are you so vast in my body, down to my very core?
Stark blackness has consumed me
Ominous forces ripping me open
Exposing bare bone
But as I lay here allowing myself to thrash and wail, there is a release of everything
Because without the pain
There is no growth
There is no change
There is no hope
There is nothing
So I let my body shake with my lamentations
This alluvion of tears soaks deep and I know with this comes metamorphosis within me, something I yearn and hunger for.
