There is an energetically massive full moon on October 20 at 9:56 a.m. CST.

This moon phase follows a pretty dramatic and energetic time after the new moon that was upon us earlier in the month. We may have been experiencing chaos, feeling challenged, and even a bit run-down.

We have an opportunity to shift things and turn situations around for ourselves with the gift this full moon brings.

It is known as the “Hunter’s Moon” (keep your eye on the bullseye) and is in the astrological sign of Aries—aggression, creativity, beginnings, impulsive decisions, passion, energy levels, emotions, nurturing, and intuition may all be affected.

There is no coincidence that this moon is associated with the huntress archetype.

There’s a collective depiction of the arrow in connection to both hunting and the sign of Aries. May this symbolism be a reminder that we each have a targeted mission on Earth.

So, let’s aim high and hit the bullseye!

We can harness the energy of this full moon by keeping our arrows passionately pointed to the following five areas:

1. Alignment with our life’s mission.

This full moon is all about aligning with what we were here to do on this earth—who we were born to be. Even if we are in a state of confusion about “who or what we want to be when we grow up,” we can each take one step in the present moment that will bring us closer to our mission on Earth.

Simply ask one of the following two questions:

>> What can I do to help one person right now?

>> What will bring my heart joy in this moment?

For a bit more information, here are “5 easy-to-access tools that help unveil more about our “purpose.”

2. The frequency and vibration of our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Everything is energy and vibrates.

We can aim for our vibration to be fast-moving. What we focus on grows and will continue to grow in the manner we let it. Whether intentional or unintentional, our thoughts, feelings, and words will activate and expand more for us. It is vital to do a daily check-in with what we choose to talk about, think about, eat, act on, respond to, and especially feel.

Furthermore, if people around us choose to focus on complaining or oversharing negativity, we can politely ask to change the topic of the conversation and move on. Our frequency and vibe don’t have to be affected by those around us, and when they are, we may have to pause or move forward.

This is far too important of a time to allow slow-vibing energy to stall us, especially given that a huge characteristic of this moon is passion.

We have to be mindful that the passion doesn’t shift to anger.

3. Speaking a scary truth.

To recap, a big emphasis of this moon is all about aligning with our life’s mission.

It’s a passionate time. If we all came here with a targeted mission that was super easy to accomplish, there would be minimal effort paired with minimal learning and experience, most likely resulting in little growth.

We came to Earth to learn through relationships, to reflect on one another, and to share.

If everything was easy, there would be no journey. What would be the point of that?

Think about something scary to share. Please, write it down. Then, share in the one place that feels uncomfortable but safe, with one trusted person, on social media, in a journal, or here in the comments!

My private Facebook community is a very trusted and loving community. When we let a scary truth come out, we often realize it wasn’t all that bad.

4. Endings and beginnings.

We can safely and confidently say goodbye to the old and hello to the new. Quite literally. The old is going to shed, only to make room for the new.

We can be comforted knowing we can easily—even if done with some resistance—let go of old friendships, places, situations, beliefs, and stories. The “new” will surely come in and fill all the space more abundantly.

5. Reviewing our big, juicy life goals.

We can look back to six months ago when the new moon was in Aries (around April 11, 2021). Whatever we were focusing on and planning then is coming to fruition now.

We can review journal entries, calendar activities, photos, emails, social media memories, and phone logs to see what was coming to the surface for us then. We all were planting seeds whether we wanted to or not. We can now review and decide what to keep from that time and what doesn’t work any longer.

If you benefit from accountability with the action steps here, consider joining my husband and me in the Embodied Empath Experience! Our gift to you is a week of support as you fully align with your life’s mission during this moon and are held accountable for action steps. My husband and I do this for a week every six months, and the changes and wins we get to see are always heart-booming! Check it out; we’d love to have you join us!

To sum it all up, this full moon is providing a phenomenal opportunity to be on-target, move rapidly (don’t move too fast, though), and embody who you were born to be.

May you meet the energy with passion, courage, and purpose.

I would love to know how this resonates with you in the comments!
