Jordan Matthews

Jordan Elizabeth Matthews is a psychology student studying in Denver, Colorado. She loves learning and teaching others, she writes and performs music, and she has an Inclusive Spiritual Coaching business. She is inspired by growth and loves being in discussions that are challenging and creative!

She supports women in being powerful and free from the weight of the past by focusing on subtle energy, or thought patterns, belief systems, and past trauma and wounds. With clients, together, they look at what is no longer serving them and take the time and space to release or transmute that energy and clear the way for something new and nourishing. In doing so, they are moving these blocks out of the way so that their goals and passions are attainable. Once they release the wounding or old patterning, they intentionally create new beliefs and bring in new ways of thinking to crystallize a new way of being that is sustainable and integrous.

She is inspired to write about topics and themes that are related to the kinds of things everyday people are dealing with so that we can transform ourselves and eventually transform the world!
