‘Tis the season for cats in trees. Fa la la la la la la la!
I watched Jackson Galaxy’s “My Cat from Hell” last night on Animal Planet. He was helping a couple with a new baby. Their cat was being very mischievous and causing grief between the couple. This was their first Christmas with their new son and they wanted it to be a special occasion with a real tree.
Yeah. The cat was all, “Nope.”
The cat was in the tree and under the tree, playing with the ornaments, destroying decorations. After some review, Jackson concluded that the couple needed to get rid of the real Christmas tree. It’s a cat. Cats love trees.
Once the couple replaced the real tree with a good old plastic one, the drama around the tree ended. Que Norman Rockwell!
Merry Christmas!
This morning, I woke up to this picture from a friend:
My dad used to have to tie our gigantic real Christmas tree to the wall in order to keep it from falling down because the cat loved to hide in it. This year, I tied my fake tree to a table because I decided the best spot to place it was where the cat hides from the dog during chases.
Think it through, lady. Think it through.
Here are a few more Christmas felines from the Interwebs.
I found these gems all over the web; not sure who to credit, but your humor is brilliant—thank you.
