If your Arguments last More than One Hour, watch This.

I spent years avoiding fighting.

Then, when I learned how to fight, it would take my wife and I hours to resolve a conflict, and sometimes after hours or days, we still couldn’t resolve it.

A good long-term relationship requires learning how to argue and fight well.

Most folks don’t know how to “fight well.” Instead they waste valuable time and drain their life force trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on.

So, here’s a few helpful suggestions from Empowering Relationships TV. Be sure to watch the example of what not to do, then the three tips on what to do.
