Anxiety by definition is “a state of uneasiness or tension caused by apprehension of possible future misfortune or danger.”
In other words, anxiety isn’t based in reality, it’s based on expecting the worst to happen. It doesn’t have to be this way—we can learn to bypass anxiety with one simple change in our understanding.
