So here’s my plan. Over the next 30 days, I am going to share a daily video blog about my experience jumping into my business with both feet.
I am pursuing the plan for two main reasons:
First, to be completely honest, I work well under public pressure. If I know I have to explain to you what I did each day to push my business forward, I’m more likely to crank out work.
Second, I have found unbelievable inspiration from others’ real-life accounts of their struggles in pursuing their passions and starting their businesses. When I hear respected creative business people talk about their failures, rejections, and missteps in building their brands it motivates me to work through my own f*ck ups and keep going.
However, everything is 20/20 in hindsight, right? I think it’s easier for successful people to look back fondly on their struggles and say “keep going,” but it’s a little different when you are seeing it real time. I am hoping to provide some small level of motivation for you to jump into your passion, fail, try again and fail better, and keep going.
Please join me each day for the next 30 days when I share short video blogs documenting my experience building a creative agency to support businesses in the health, wellness, and environmental space.
