Moms work all day long doing everything.
So do dads.
Why then, at the end of the day does it seem that they got nothing done? Because when we’re parents, there is always more to do. Taking care of a child is never ending.
Children are always changing. They’re like a moving target who’s hard to keep up with. Just when we think we’ve got our kids figured out they’ll morph into the new-and-improved best version of themselves.
Children’s curiosity is insatiable. And that’s a good thing. The messes they make on their quest to find out, can be daunting.
So, what’s the cure? For me, it’s laughter. I simply enjoy the ride.
If parents take time to laugh, we can handle the pressures of the day with a light and sunny heart.
Enjoy!
