It happens once every 60 years! The last time was in 1956.
The following energies in the eight directions, will be felt by occupants, this year, if you are: sleeping to any of the directions described below, walking in and out of doors, facing these directions, work facing these directions, your stove knobs face the direction indicated and you cook a lot, spending long periods of time sitting down facing these directions and if your home or business faces the indicated directions below.
In the Southwest, the “wealth energy” visits, which is amazing for money, noble people, honor, loyalty, good behavior, wealth and accumulation of assets. If you have a front door that faces this direction or another heavily used door, or facing this direction while working and/or sleeping to this direction, it’ll be a fantastic year for money!
In the West, the “romance energy” visits, indicating travel, love, publicity and recognition in business, book writing, publishing success, and creativity. If you’re sleeping to this direction, face this direction while working and/or have a front door or frequently used door that faces the west, it can be a great year to meet someone new if you’re single or get married if you’re in a relationship.
The East is visited by the “future money luck” energy, indicating, great diplomacy, promotions, celebrations, weddings, good for spiritual development, mind power, meditation; great for jewelry designers, chefs, restaurant owners, interior designer and people in cosmetics.
In the Southeast, the “wealth and intelligence” energy visits, indicating, intelligence, money, real estate gains, wisdom, academic success, and success in writing. If you have a front door or sleeping to this direction it’ll be a good year for money too.
The South is visited by the “noble” energy, indicating a year of working hard for your money, good for career and authority, and receiving needed support. This energy is benevolent.
The North is being visited by the “robber and the thief” energy indicating, business deals falling through at the last minute, people owing you money and not paying you back, things being taken away, sweet talking men, people stealing ideas and/or intellectual property and can also literally mean people stealing from you. It’s not as strong because it’s located in the North. If you begin to experience any of the above consider moving your bed, using different doors or facing different directions to mitigate the negative effects.
The Northeast is visited by the “trouble maker”energy, indicating trouble with money, relationships and health. However, in the west this energy isn’t as strong, but if you’re utilizing this direction in the ways mentioned above and begin experiencing these issues, consider moving your bed, placing a metal wind chime at the door, or changing directions that you face when working or sitting down.
In the Northwest the “argumentative” energy visits, indicating gossiping, fighting, arguments, and legal issues. If you’re utilizing this direction be mindful of your relationships with others and take caution when driving to avoid speeding/parking tickets. It’s not as strong in the Northwest, but nonetheless, it’s something to be mindful of in case you’re experiencing any of the above.
If you want to enhance the positive energy, utilize these directions exclusively by sleeping with your head to one of the above directions, walking in and out of doors that face a favorable direction, when you’re working, sitting down or spending long periods of time working, face one of the above favorable directions. The more ways you utilize the direction, the greater the chance for something beneficial that is indicative of that yearly direction is likely to happen.
As with all things, the permanent energy/Feng Shui of your home is more powerful. However, if you don’t know what that is, utilizing the yearly energy will help bring good fortune for that year.
