Solitude and I are the perfect two.
I take walks with her on bright green meadows,
And talk about unfeeling fellows.
Solitude knows—
She understands.
She is not judgemental,
Nor is she like the lion with a sheep skin facade.
She is the invisible wrapped in wisdom.
She is the stillness—
A stillness for retrospection and projections,
For a peaceful past,
A better future
And a beautiful present.
Solitude is quiet—
Her quietness reminds me
To love life and the people in it.
She reminds me to forgive and keep forgiving,
Not because the people need it,
But because I need it—
To set myself free,
Like the gleeful deep blue seas.
I’m happy to have found a friend in Solitude—
A friend for life.
