When I was working long hours at a corporate firm, going to the gym was not feasible for me.
So instead I got used to exercising at home. This has many benefits—it saves time, money and we can do it even when gyms are closed.
I discovered that there are so many videos on Youtube that can help make this fun.
My favorite workout series on Youtube is led by Nicky Holender, a former professional soccer player. It consists of a total of ten videos for two months of awesome workout variety.
And yes, it is free!
