Know that it is even a great advantage that it is not just any individual project but a team work, working together in groups makes the work easier as you can all easily ship in ideas which will help the team reach success. Build trust: In every organization or relationship if there is lack of trust then the relationship go soar. As a team member you need to be able to work with adequate honesty.
