☁Through The Storm⚡

Bright flashes in the darkness violent thunder sounds as warning and cold rain pours down my face reminding me that I’m in a dreadful scary place

As my head hangs low I’m consumed by feeling there’s nowhere to go

so I pray for the heaven’s saving grace

Back to bed I went but couldn’t sleep instead all I could do was weep

There through my window a ray of light illuminated by my bed where I laid and it brought with it a message of importance not to be delayed

Outreach I did and as my hand entered the light I could see the colors shine on my skin so bright

Intrigued to know more my feet hit the floor blue, orange, yellow, green my whole body glowing It was the most beautiful light I had ever seen

Just then the wind picked up speed knocking me off my feet and carried me

Up through the beautiful beam angels started to rejoice and sing

The higher I went the brighter the light and somehow I knew nothing would remain the same

The view was all of the sudden vivid and breathtaking on the beach you stood waiting

With a warm hug and smile you handed me a cold beer and said “We’ve made it through the storm love and even though we’re weary, it is definitely all worth while”!

You took my hand and walked beside me to the hammock between two palm trees and as we sat in the cool breeze just for a moment I looked back wondering what had delivered me to you and this place of glow….

Joy filled my soul as I realized we were finally at the other end of the rainbow!?

A message for my rainbow?…there is light at the end of the tunnel and a place to basque in the sun!☀ Hang in there and always remember you are loved by someone!??

I wrote this poem at one of the darkest times in my life. Little did i know the best friend i wrote it for would end up being my twin flame and greatest love! Sadly we live in seperate countries, me in the USA, and him in the UK. The heart does not know anything about distance, believe me. After 3 years we finally got to meet last month when he flew over to see me for 3 weeks! It was truly the greatest time i have ever experienced. You see, that meant the world to me because if not for him being there for me through the darkest time of my life dealing with trying to get out of a very difficult and violent relationship, plus the loss of my dad, chances are i might not be here sharing this poem with you today. At one point in that time i felt such extreme pain that i stood on the railroad tracks staring straight on with an oncoming train. Stupid i know, but i was at the end of my rope and i just wanted all the negativity and soul crushing pain to stop. Obviously, i came to my senses at the last minute and jumped out of the way….but i could not have ever healed like i have if not for the purely genuine love and support from my best friend and twin flame, Stephen. ?♓️?♊️?

I guess my message to you today is that you never know what someone is going through…..so be kind, be open-minded,  don’t judge others, and definitely believe in the power of love. Trust that the universe/God will send you blessings in times of needing one the most, i promise! ?????
