The title of the article may seem a bit harsh but bare with me on this as what I am about to say is 100% True.

We’ve all been there in the midst of severe procrastination or more extreme severe laziness, things around the house aren’t getting done , goals for the day are not being met, and above all tackling a mix of Anxiety and Depression that you actually have no idea what you’re meant to be doing in life.
Due to this the sense of Worthlessness and Dread come into play. And then you start finding something or someone to blame for the current situation you are in.

Now I will Guarantee that at least some point during this phase you have thought to yourself something along the lines of this ” It’s not my fault that I cannot do this, it’s because of. ” and there will be some form of situation in this part.
For example here is a list of things I have blamed

The Government, The Housing, Relatives, Friends, Pets, Depression, Being Disabled, Autism, Mental instability and the list goes one, I would be here for awhile if I put everything, but there is one thing I have never blamed ….  Wait for It

Yes, I have never Blamed MYSELF

Why, in all the times I have failed, have I never sat there and said that I am my own biggest downfall, the reason I haven’t is because Admitting that you are the biggest downfall to you is a similar feeling to going through the five stages of grief.

So what happens after you admit to yourself that you are your own downfall, well what follows is Uncertainty and wondering where you go from this point.

My current acceptance on my downfall is admitting that I am my own reason why I am single still,
The realization came after understanding that.
