Love yourself. Don’t just say it, do it. Do it more on the days when it’s rather easy to hate yourself and dive deep into the feeling of guilt.

– Skipped that meet-up you signed up for in the moment of enthusiasm that faded away soon; GUILT
– It was an exercise day, but you were simply unable to motivate yourself to get moving; GUILT
Guilt is easy. We are wired to feel guilty of being unable to fulfill the societal expectations of us. What’s difficult is loving and picking yourself up on the days you feel like drowning in that river of guilt you built around you.
