After each trip, I feel like saying this was the best one yet.
Every city, every country I visited during these six months has left a mark on me—the people I met and the conversations I had—opened my eyes and lead me one step closer toward myself.
Strangers inspired me and casual acquaintances became dear to my heart. I made new friends with many people, but most importantly, I made friends with myself.
My relationship with myself mirrors my relationships with those around me. The kinder I am to myself, the kinder I can be to others. The more honest I am with me, the more honest I can be with you. The better I know myself, my love, and my fears, the more compassion, and understanding I am able to have for someone else.
The journey to you will not only lead you toward yourself. It will lead you to us all because, ultimately, we are more alike than different.
We are all a part of each other, not apart from each other.
