When life gets a little crazy and meditation and mindfulness and yoga and all the wellness foods aren’t cutting it, what do we do?
What would Buddhists say about that?
Waylon reminds us of the Buddhist Four Reminders:
- This is a precious human life. Contemplate that this life is a gift.
- We are going to die. Contemplate our impermanence.
- Karma. Contemplate that our actions have reactions.
- Obsessing about getting what we want and avoiding what we don’t, will not result in happiness. We are going to suffer. Samsara.
