SATURDAY: The guidance in this week’s environment has offered us powerful clues to help us find and effectively express our individuality — not just in response to external influences but rather, by listening to what we hear within ourselves. Mercury arrives in Capricorn this evening, which will help us to solidify and stabilize our thinking about how we can most meaningfully express our individual, inspired, creative vision to the world around us. We are beginning to recognize new channels of thought, understanding, and experience. By ‘tuning in’ to these channels, we can see more clearly where, how, and to who we can best express our unique individuality. This may cause some profound shakeups in our world. Nonetheless, we are essentially beginning to establish new structures to contain a new society where we can more effectively express our individual creative inspiration.

SUNDAY: Although this atmosphere may seem generally stirred up and optimistic, we are likely to feel some kind of letdown today. There are creative opportunities available, but restlessness and impatience may keep our focus scattered. Our inclination is to grasp at what looks secure with an opportunistic attitude that suggests that we deserve more than others. However, as we seek security, status, or recognition, we are really ‘walling’ off our feelings, sensitivity, and the creative spark that can only come from openness and vulnerability. Our hard work is meaningless if we aren’t open to making connections that serve to nurture others — and the world we live in. Compassion is more effective than martyrdom.
