I am amazed that the secrets to longevity are so simple. It is amazing that inner-health and longevity may simply be rediscovered within us by observing the breath and thoughts, and being mindful of what we allow into ourselves through our senses.

Purity of breath begins with simply observing the breath, not judging or manipulating it, simply following its path and getting out of the way to exhale deeper. Our bodies inhale automatically and don’t need our intervention. Return to the breath during the day, multiple times and you will see magic unfolding when you are facing stress, anxiety, fear or any trauma.
Purity of thought begins with ‘catching yourself’. There is a strong relationship between contemplation, realization, intention and meditation. Every time you go within, you realize that the search outside holds less meaning. Are you chasing the glitter when the gold is within you?
These are all tools that can enhance your relationship with the outside world and help to support and foster your own inner being.
Purification of each of these elemental forces has power to bring quality to one’s life.
