Dear Working Mom,
We see you.
We see you balancing a briefcase in one hand and a toddler in the other.
We see you rearranging your schedule to accommodate your shift at work and your child’s Little League game.
We see you celebrating those wonderful days when you enjoy productive work, a tantrum-free dinner, and even manage to work out after your children go to bed.
We see you on the not-so-great days, too, when you struggle through work only to come home to chaos and stress.
We see all of it: the maddening and the exhilarating; the cheers and the tears; the triumphs and the trials.
We see you face each day strong, serving your family in and out of the home. Even when you just want to pull the covers back over your head and stay in bed when the alarm chimes each morning.
And we are so proud of you. Strong, beautiful, amazing you.
You inspire us with your grace, determination, and tireless work.
We love you. That’s why we’re here.
We want you to know that no matter how lost or overwhelmed you might feel, you are not alone. You have other mamas cheering and praying for you.
We are here to love you, support you, and point you to the One who loves us best.
We are here to remind you that with Him in your corner, you can do anything. Even another week of early rising-breakfast dash-commute-work-meetings-commute-dinner-homework-bedtime-housework-collapse. Even that. Because He is with you always, guiding and directing you.
You are not alone.
You are seen.
You are loved.
Love,
Lisa and Amanda
