Prophylaxis to help boost our immune systems

There are many natural ways to boost our immune system and to protect ourselves, even against a virus considered to be “a killer”. Ayurveda, for example, has been active for over 5000 years. It means it works, because no system continues to be used if it is inefficient! I present to you a combination of different natural therapies you can use at home, to possibly protect yourself!

Tea tree essential oil as a potent disinfectant. Use a mixture of water and tea tree essential oil as disinfectant.

Since 1933, the British Medical Journal has reported that tea-tree essential oil is a powerful disinfectant, non-toxic to mammals and non-irritating; on the other hand, the Australian Medical Journal reported promising results in general practice, from rapid healing of septic wounds to scar regeneration:

“… A striking fact is that it dissolved the pus and left the surface of the infected wounds clean, so that its germicidal action became more efficient and without any damage to the tissues. This is something new, because most germicides destroy both tissues and bacteria. ” (E.M. Humphrey)

US doctors reported that tea-tree essential oil is an active germicide, with antiseptic activity 11 to 13 times higher than that of carbolic acid (phenol). As a germicide, tea-tree essential oil was tested in Australia in 1980 in a solution of only 4 parts of essential oil per 1000 parts of water. Against virulent organisms, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, the result was that no growth was detected after 7, 21 and 35 days.

In terms of bacteriostatic qualities, the results of a skin sterilization test conducted in 1983 in Australia were astonishing. Thus, using swabs for sampling, it was found that the number of bacteria on the unwashed hands was double the number of bacteria after washing hands with distilled water and 1000 times greater than the number of bacteria/virus after washing in tea-tree essential oil, the bacteria being, practically, undetectable after washing with this essential oil. So let’s think about how effective a single drop of tea-tree essential oil added to the water we wash our hands with, now when the Coronavirus spreads.

Vitamin C

There are good reasons why vitamin C is added to many products and why that’s often a selling point: a powerful and efficient antioxidant, vitamin C may alleviate some viruses it has come up against.

Water-soluble, the body doesn’t produce vitamin C but must extract it from food or supplements.

It isn’t stored in the body and so maintaining a constant supply is important for maintaining good health.

The way in which vitamin C fights infection is fairly simple: infections and toxins cause oxidative stress in the body.

Vitamin C is attracted to the cells that have lost their electrons due to the oxidation process and easily gives up its own, which then neutralizes the potentially harmful cells.

With a consistent and healthy antioxidant level, dangerous cells are not allowed to proliferate and we don’t get sick – possibly including this new virus.

Not enough and the result is cell inflammation—rampant inflammation is at the root of almost every serious disease humans experience, affecting every part of the body.

In case of sickness, the intake is 6-7 grams of vitamin C per day. You can otherwise take 4 grams/day as prophylaxis.

Other methods to possibly protect yourself against Corona virus

– Fasting a day per week (Tuesday, Friday or Sunday). You will drink only water for 24 hours. It means you do not take in anything else (no chewing gum, nothing else but water). If you have alkaline water, even better!

– Eat raw food, of good quality (organic, is possible) up to 80% of your daily diet.

– Eat honey daily.

– Eat 2 tablespoons of raw pollen daily.

– Take 3 times per day x 2 drops of propolis tincture (you can put the drops on some honey).

– Do color therapy during the night. First night use yellow light, second night you will have green light, and the third night – orange light. Repeat the sequence.

– Make use of crystal therapy. You simply use the gems you already have. Hold it in your left hand and feel how the specific subtle energy is accumulated throughout your aura. even if you do not know exactly what effects a specific crystal or gemstone has, your body will nevertheless assimilate its energies.

– Attract in your aura in abundance the subtle bright-white energy. Because the white light has the highest frequency of vibration, it boosts your immune system, it raises your own vibration and therefore it also protects you against depression, anxiety and stress. Do a 20 minutes meditation, where you visualize (imagine clearly, constantly) how the bright white light (like the Sun light) floods your entire being.

– Breathe in essential oils: peppermint, basil, tea tree, lemon, lavender. You can even put one drop in each corner of your pillow, at night when you go to bed. If you know you are allergic to some of these, don’t use that particular one…

– You can do color therapy during daytime, and meditate with yellow, violet, green, orange, pink.

All these are easy to do and potent in their combined effects! I wish you radiant health and unshakable emotional balance!
