It’s going on two months and my willingness to make this stay at home situations work has me going batty. I feel trapped.
I started off strong. Hell don’t we always start strong? Doing my morning routine exercise, prayer, meditation my usual. I even took it up a notch by adding a jazzy top with my leggings when I went to the “office” (i.e. basement).
Now here we are two months in. My morning routine has become a groundhogs day. I ran out of cute tops to go with leggings and just opted for a clean t-shirt. LOL
One day I told myself enough is enough. It is time for some self-care to get me out of this groundhogs day vibe I am in. I decided to take it my planners and “plan” a routine. I love my planners! ?
Something before I start my day and something to end my day!
New AM routine:
- Sun salutations stretches
- Bike Riding
- Strength exercise
- Streaming new workouts on my iPad
New PM routine:
- Journal my gratitude
- Adult book coloring
- Work on personal growth
- Read
- Quality time with the family
