How often have you caught yourself thinking, “I can’t do this,” “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not capable?”
Doubts often appear at a point when we are close to expansion—close to creating something new.
These are the thoughts of our ego, keeping us in our old patterns. What is worse is that when we have these thoughts, the external world seems to validate them.
What can we do about it?
Firstly, recognise that it is your ego’s voice.
Ask yourself:
>> How is this thought of serving me?
>> Will this belief carry me to my vision?
Perhaps the time has come for you to play a bigger and more active role in your life—a time to avoid buying into these thoughts of self-doubt.
Imagine putting on a pair of different lenses. What if you shift your perception and see things in a different way?
What if you are more than good enough?
What if you can create something that not only serves you but others around you, too?
How would that feel?
You are not your thoughts, but the driver of them. It is up to you where you want to go.
You are in charge.
