It’s a scary, overwhelming, sad, infuriating time.
With Black Lives Matter protests surging across the United States (and the world), there is an opportunity to actually make lasting, meaningful change. To reshape the way we approach racism and racial justice.
But we have to keep fighting.
If we give up, if we lose steam, if we let this just be one more chapter in the news cycle, we will have failed.
We all have a responsibility to contribute, and to lift up black voices.
I stumbled across Tracy Chapman’s song “Talkin’ About A Revolution” today.
It gave me chills. It brought me to tears.
